The eHealth Innovation Days 2018 will be held at the Auditorium Maximum (Audimax) in Flensburg, Germany.
In the previous years the eHealth Innovation Days conferences were held in the lecture rooms themselves. However, to accommodate the increasing number of visitors, we have decided to move to a larger venue.
The address of the venue is:
24943 Flensburg, Germany
Flensburg is located in the very North of Germany and next to the Danish border. The town has a Scandinavian feel to it like no other town in Germany’s northernmost federal state, Schleswig-Holstein. You will find small colourful fishermen’s houses, old markets and squares and bright-yellow captains’ and merchants’ yards. You will also find veteran sailing schooners and old steamers. The town is characterised by its two languages and two cultures. For 400 years Flensburg belonged to the Danish crown. This has clearly left traces behind throughout the city and still provides for an exciting diversity today – for the city, the region and the Flensburg fjord.
Flensburg’s city centre is characterised by historic facades and great variety: theatres and cinemas, bars, cabarets and restaurants, schools and two universities, museums, churches and mosques, top-class sports, shopping malls and smaller, more individual shops – whatever you need in life, chances are you will find it in Flensburg.
Flensburg has two universities with nearly 10.000 students on one Campus. This is where the Auditorium Maximum is located. If you like to read more about Flensburg please visit www.flensburg.de/en.
